I ordered a bulb I couldn't find anywhere on the highstreet, when I received my order (very quickly) the bulb was broken despite the many layers of secure bubble wrap & box, I contacted customer service and after sending a photo they swiftly sent a replacement again very securely wrapped and arrived the next day. I will for sure buy again as they were very swift in replying to my email and I can't fault them for the first broken order as these things happen
