the parcel was collected on the 3rd and said it would be delivered on the 4th as I paid for the "expresspak - dpd next day" on the 4th I had a sorry we missed you card even though I wrote a signed note on the door to please leave the package with the next door neighbour. the sorry we missed you card was NOT signed even though it has a box for the driver to sign. I have called DPD and they said the package will arrive on the 5th it is now the 6th and the DPD website said my package "has been delayed" but has no explanation for this my son now has no birthday present for his birthday and is distraught i have been given no explanation for this and when I called the helpline there was no one at the call centre past 1pm on a Saturday my son who has just turned 17 has no birthday gift and I have been given no explanation this is the worst delivery company in the world regardless of there future conduct I will never use them again and will have nothing good to say about them to my friends and family there conduct is unacceptable to say the least.
the website says they have tryed to deliver it 3 times WHAT? utter rubbish my entire family has been home and there was no card to say sorry we missed you this company is a blatant lire.
ok i have looked again it seems that they " We were unable to deliver your parcel and will update the new delivery details shortly" this is nonsense i have one question WHY CANT YOU DO THE JOB I HAVE GIVEN YOU MONEY FOR?
