After buying a battery and some terminals from you online on a Wednesday evening and your online system saying my order would be delivered Friday I was disappointed to get a delivery just containing the terminals. After phoning you a rather rude and seemingly fed up man told me that the the online store said that batteries are special delivery and took approx 3 days. At first I took this info sheepishly and as I doubted what he said I looked online whilst talking to him. On reaching t&g page I used to add the battery to my cart, there was no such info. 'Its on the 'more info' page the man said... This made me furious. I had no need to go to the more info page when ordering. I knew what I wanted and bought it without the need of more info, therefore the info had not been displayed to me. To have this unpleasant man speak to me in such a manner is poor customer service, but to find out that your system presents such info in a location which is not always visible means that JustKampers are at fault. I cancelled my order and went to buy the same battery from my local Halfords.
Placed an order over the weekend. Heard from you by email on Wednesday to say the chart is out of stock. 1. Do you not have a stock system integrated into your website in this day and age? 2. Why contact me on Wednesday when Tuesday was a working day?
I had to order a chart from Pooleys and pay extra for next day delivery due to delays caused by your company. I won't be using you again in a hurry on this basis when I can use other companies who do have an integrated stock system.
