A sad experience ordered some samples on 30 September the site said three to five days delivery, after not arriving I rang them on seventh of October on a premium phone line, and was told the delay was because one of the samples had to be got in WHY was I not informed?. I was told that I would receive the samples next day the eight of October by the tenth gave up on this firm. In business the simple rule is do as you say.
