I am absolutely livid about the delivery practices of Yodel. Yesterday Yodel knocked on my door and I walked downstairs only to find a note already slipped in my door. I don't live in a huge mansion, so it took less than 60 seconds for me to get downstairs. I was godsmacked. Today I was ready for the race and the second the door was knocked on I literally ran down the stairs to catch the delivery. As you probably guessed, the delivery guy was no where in sight and there was another card in my door. Seriously it took MAYBE 10-15 seconds, but more realistically probably only about 5. So I can only assume the deliver person slipped the card into my door, then knocked, and left.
I am amazed how lazy these people are. First off I notice they avoid ringing the doorbell. This is most likely done in hopes they don't alert anyone to the fact they are there. Secondly they leave immediately after they knock. They must have the card already filled out prior to coming to the door because it would be IMPOSSIBLE to write out the card in the time it took me to RUN down my stairs. Lastly, good luck calling customer service to complain. The only number on the card is to reschedule or pick up your package.
I paid to have my package delivered, not drive across town to pick it up.
I will NEVER knowingly use any company that works with this "delivery" company.

This was my first time using The FX Firm, and I can't express how pleased I have been with them. The communication from start to finish has been phenomenal.
