First of all, after i placed an order, next day had voicemail that flower i ordered out of stock and i would need to choose another one. Ok. I rang back to high rated phone number and spoke with the lady about 5 min, i choose another flowers. Next day i got an email, that flower was not delivered yesterday because i did not choose what flower i want to send.
So my special day was ruined, i paid extra on high rated phone numbers, and all these for what?
Place an order for samsung galaxy tab, 5 min later phoned to find out when my order can be dispatch asap and i was really impressed when customer service team told me that my order will be dispatched today and should be with me next day.
Next day received my item.
