I also booked a flight through Opodo to discover that my booking had been requested and not confirmed however that I should hear within 24 hours as to whether it was in fact confirmed. After a few days and no news I was a little anxious. I decided to send an email using there email contact form but with no reply I phoned them. The service was extremely rude and unhelpful. They were unable to supply me on any information of whether there were any problems with my details or flight confirmation but suggested that I should wait to receive a confirmation email over the next few days. My flight was due to following week so I was not to satisfied with this suggestion. After waiting a few more days I received an email unconfirming my flight and that they were unable to provide the details as to why. Luckily I went onto the airline website and managed to book the exact same tickets for 20 pounds cheaper. Complete waste of time!
