For the second time this year I begrudgingly placed an order with The Hut, the item was showing as in stock and despatch within 24 hours. After waiting a few days and no arrival I logged on to my account to check the order status and for the second time my order has been cancelled without informing me.
It seems to me that this company either has very little stock of items it advertises or they blatantly don't exist.
I WILL NOT ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN AND THAT INCLUDES THEIR OTHER SITE ZAVVI.
I ordered my Ash bedroom furniture from the Oakleigh range after reading many positive reviews of this company. I can honestly say that my dealings with Pine solutions from the order to delivery stage have been extremely positive. My order of 6 items was delivered by a two man team who placed it exactly were I wanted the goods and who were very polite. On unpacking the items one item was damaged on one of the corners, however this was not caused during transit as the packaging on my furniture has to be seen to be beleived, it was first class. The item I had a problem with must have been packed as it was by the supplier.
On informing Pine Solutions, they arranged a replacement item that arrived 3 days later and my other item taken away. I would gladly recommend this company to others and have done so to friends and family already.
