Every time Yodel finally picks up my parcel the driver just peels off the collection bar code sticker and sticks it on my finger or hand then goes off. Well a few weeks ago she did that and I mislaid it, when I looked on my catalogue account I saw that the goods had not been returned. The firm needed proof I did not have any. Next time the driver came she did the same again. I complained to my catalogue firm about it and was told I should have a proper card with a return date on. Next time I made the driver sign my own card and put the date on and stick the sticker on it. I shouldnt have to do that. Wish the catalogue firm would change the delivery firm.
