Very disappointed!!!

After ordering an Easter bouquet for my family in England, I was very disappointed to hear that the flowers started drooping the first day they arrived. There was almost no water in the tubes that the stems had been placed in, so who knows how long the stems were without water. An automated email response that I received, when I contacted Serenata, said the flowers go through at least five quality checks before they leave the florist (I really don't think so, not in this case, anyway). What is even more frustrating is the length of time it is taking to get a response and resolution to this complaint. First contacted them April 3rd. Won't be using Serenata ever again, and you'd be well advised not to risk it!

I am deeply saddened reading your comments and have looked into your order fully.

I can see that the chosen flowers were orchids. With these we send the stems in vials containing the apecial plant food that you then need, to pour in your chosen vase upon arranging the bouquet.

I really am so very sorry that you feel so frustrated, however I can see that our Customer Service Team have now resolved this for you.
