i ordered flowers for my mum's return for a long overseas trip.
i ordered them on the Friday (lunch) for next day delivery and by the time the flowers were received (1 Week after the expected delivery date!) my mum had left again.
When i called to find out what was keeping the delivery, a voicemail informed me that Bloomingdelightful was actually closed for the entire Easter Holidays and someone would get back to me on Tuesday (4 days post delivery date).
Customer service is a joke at this place - as is their delivery policy!
if delivery couldn't have been made when requested - this should have been highligted. Nowhere on the website did i state that they were closed for the Easter Holiday so orders would be 1 WEEK LATE.
I will NEVER use this service again.
