The service from Hot Tub Barn was excellent from the extremely helpful and informative lady at the showroom when I phoned to arrange a service to the service engineer (Chris Tritton) who arrived promptly and provided me with lots of useful advice whilst he carried out the service and replaced some faulty parts. I inherited my hot tub when I moved into a new house so was somewhat ignorant of what was involved in running and maintaining it and I now feel a lot more knowledgeable as well as knowing where to go for any more questions!
