Booked a stag weekend in Nottingham for myself and 8 others. We were well looked after for all the activities and at the hotel.
Our account manager Katie was helpful and responsive at all times and made the stress of organizing a little less.
I recently sent my Samsung galaxy S2 off to these guys as they had the best offer for my phone. I paid to send it special delivery and it was well wrapped. When they "examined" my handset they emailed me an offer less than 50% of the online quote I'd had because "The back casing was cracked/scratched". I was not impressed by this and so had to pay £9 to get the phone returned to me. When the phone came back the phone was not scratched or damaged as they had claimed. I took my handset to CeX and they gave me a sensible offer for my phone in almost mint condition.
Avoid these guys at all costs!
