would not use this site again they do not issue tickets straight away but debit your card instantly then email saying there has been a problem with security fraud etc etc by the time i had verifed myself the tickets had gone up in price and they charged me 50 dollars more even though i had already been debited in my bank the original price of the tickets.
i will never use sky tours again your better off just checking on sky scanner find which airline you need then book direct with the airline and cut out these agencies.

after reading the reviews on this site i have seen there are many people complaining about your very poor customer service and to be honest your reply to your paying customers who have given you a bad review are quiet derogatory to say the least .
my information i gave you for my card was 100 percent correct my name on my card was 100 percent correct, my billing address was 100 percent correct so i see no reason my card should have been flagged for me buying my girlfriend a airline ticket.
anyway i would have accepted this if your customer service had been quicker to respond i have limited time because of my work to get online so to wait 12 hours or more from a so called 24 /7 support service in my opinion is not good enough personally i don't think you actually have 24/7 support .
i use the internet to book things quickly most descent proper sites use bank verification as there security now the only reason i can see why you don't do this is because you just take the flight request details then book on the airline website yourself and if you have long delays processing the tickets because you don't really have 24/7 customer support .
I cant think of any other travel agency that does not have telephone support incase of any problem or is it just you would have to many angry customers asking when there going to get there tickets
i agreed to pay the extra because i had no choice you had debited my card twice im still waiting for the first canceled payment to be returned to me which as of yet it has not been returned to my bank so i could not purchase another ticket till the original money was returned.
if you had proper 24/7 support you should be able to reply to any problem within a hour if this had happened my ticket price would not have gone up it took so long for you to tell me you had a problem with my card.
this is not a isolated incident I've read through your reviews and most of which seem to good to be true I've never seen people wright reviews so good and actually go in depth trying to sell your company there are obviously fake then the others are so bad with people getting poor customer service waiting to see if they will get tickets or not.
In future i will stick to using the airlines websites for bookings as I've never had any problems with them.
