TV Brackets World

Great service

Ordered a cantilever TV bracket Yesterday after the cut off time for 1-2 days delivery so it shouldn't have arrived till tomorrow or the day after but it arrived today! Nice to see a company make realistic promises and then do better!
The bracket is exactly as shown on the web site and very good quality and an amazing price - thanks seem to be a bit slow!

I ordered a DeWalt battery on 21st March and paid for it, on Tuesday 26th I contacted the company via the web site to see where it was, they emailled "Apologies, this will be with you in 1-2 days." When it din't arrive I contactewd them again to be assued "Hello Paul, This has definitely been sent and should arrive shortly. I believe this has been sent 1st class Royal Mail. Thanks, Tom "
18 days after I paid for it and it still hasn't arrived so I emailed again and got this slightly unconvincing reply - "Hello Paul, I will send another via a trackable service. Thanks and apologies, Tom"
Well now I will wait again - hoping they are just slow with delivery...and not that the very good price is actually 'too good to be true'...
Mike at contacted me because he had read this to tell me " I am sure you will see your battery IF IT HAS BEEN RESENT via carrier and if you do wish to post a follow-up to your review afterwards, that would be appreciated." BUT I HAVEN'T and I emailed Tom to tell him I would update this. I wish I could say something good, my email has been ignored, web site still shows I paid 21/03/13 and no further progress - nothing to say it has at last been dispatched. For some strange reason I have the feeling it hasn't been sent by carrier or Royal Mail tracked - I am sure Tom or Mike would tell me if they knew. In the meantime I wait but I will update this when something happens or if it doesn't.
IT HAS JUST ARRIVED - via homecall tracked and signed for - bit late for the job I needed it for - SHOULD have used the 'next day delivery' but that needs a telephone call and now I am going a bit deaf that can sometimes be difficult will change my 2 stars to 3 and hope buyaparcel improves its working practices to allow better customer services.
