When I ordered a power washer from worldofpower, it was in the advertisement that it would take 2 days for delivery, 5 days later I contacted worldofpower to see where my goods were, they told me that there was a problem and had ordered additional stock from Nilfisk, and that it would be delivered at the end of that week which was 9 days from the date of ordering. I f this is not bad eneogh, it was I who contacted worldofpower, it should of been worldofpower contacting me to update me on the progress of my order. They only contacted me because I complained to them. In my way of thinking this is unacceptable and my reason for not ever using this company again????????
