Mattress ordered last week, delivery of today was selected, we heard nothing so my Husband called the Carrier, they advised they haven't even recieved the mattress, My Husband called the so called Customer Service ( what a joke) got an automated message saying no agents were available to take his call due to high call volumns ( probably from other disatissfied customers), and he was to send an email which he did, as of yet no responce. I called CS and was also told to send an email, then the rude so called CS put the phone down.
Have sent 2 emails, and we are still awaiting a responce. Surley it is quicker for the calls to be answered , however judging from the responce on these reviews, a standard template is being used then modified to suit the query.
Look forward to seeing what is responded to first, this review or any of the 2 emails we have sent.
