On reporting I had been sent goods that were dirty with the wrong instructions and damaged packaging. I was told they would get back to me.
I then had to call back three times over the course of the day each time given an excuse to why '?' wasn't available when I finally did speak to '?'.I was offered 10% off the goods as it had a manufactures guarantee should anything be wrong with the goods or to wait up to 3-4 weeks for the new goods be delivered.
Service was arrogant at best and at no time did a member of staff apologise or contact me to resolve the issues raised.
As a result I will be taking my money elsewhere my kitchen is only half finish and I still had a fridge - freezer to purcahse and other kitchen electrical goods. I have already purchased my oven from John Lewis.
