Booking involved a change of planes and had to be changed after the first flight was moved to a later time. Fair enough. I called them and was told that as long as I paid an extra £17 THAT DAY I would be moved to another flight. I did this by telephone, but they obviously failed to confirm the ticket with the airline. When the price subsequently increased, they refused to admit their mistake and LIED to me saying the flight had been cancelled by the airline when in fact it was budget air who failed to confirm the ticket with the airline. Having to rebook at the higher price (with another agency) has left me £150 out of pocket (assuming I ever see the promised refund) but budget air don't care at all. In fact, they have told me it will take 8 WEEKS to get a refund of the monies I have already paid them - I just hope they are around long enough to refund me!
In summary, this company absolutely refuse to rectify their mistakes so I would not recommend them to anyone.
I knew I needed to get away from the airport quickls so I booked short term parking beside the terminal.
There were plenty of spaces and ultimately the system is very good (as you enter, a camera picks up your registration so when you return you just need to put your card into the pay machine to validate it allowing a very quick getaway). What was not so good was the email instructions which didn't make this clear at all.
