Upon receiving the Napoleon BBQ I noticed damage to the main cook box, I can only imagine it had been dropped at the factory as there was no damage to the delivery box. I took photos and reported it to Paul at Bedfordshire BBQ Centre, he spoke with Napoleon on my behalf and a new cook box is on the way and an allowance made for the inconvenience. This is excellent after sales service, if you are considering purchasing from the Bedfordshire BBQ centre have no fears they are a very reliable company. The product was easy to assemble and appears good quality. I look forward to the warmer weather to start cooking.
