Prompt reply to questions, goods sent as promised!

Helpful when I asked a question, made suggestions as to product best fitting my needs, despatched promptly - at a discount too!


Good response marred by subsequent non delivery of some parts.

Still awaiting some parts, initial shortage of base parts caused awkward re-scheduling with my contractors who had to wait for late delivery. Subsequently other parts had to be waited on causing further delay and, as yet other parts are still outstanding but can be retrospectively fitted. Much correspondence has resulted with everyone endeavouring to deal with these problems. Supplier as well as agents actively involved now and small issue with louvre vents being sorted out at present.
