Shocking service. Ordered product on Sat, given no option for a delivery date, defaulted to next day delivery which would of been fine if that had occured or any confirmation had been given that it was being delivery next working day. Currently trying to get hold of someone to speak to about whereabouts of the order. Tried ringing this morning, given 2 options 1. sales 2. aftersales service. After sales service isn't connected to anyone and simply goes to an automated message to contact via email, going through to option 1 is greeted with a blanket refusal to deal with your enquiry as it's not sales related. Reduced to using email contact, no confirmation email back to say that they've received the email, it's basically a way to not deal with the multitue of problems and complaints they have received. If I don't hear back from the company today will be forced to go through credit card company to get money back on order as I refuse to accept being left in the dark.
Also I'm not convinced that the 5 star reviews on this site are real as it's very unsual to have many 1 and 5 star reviews for the same company, steer well clear of any of their online sites.
UPDATE: Have now had products delivered, luckily courier company were more helpful that World Stores customer service, informed of a afternoon delivery and items delivered. If only Worldstores were able to offer the same level of service would of saved any confusion. Haven't obviously had a chance yet to check the contents of the order, but needless to say based on previous experience don't hold out much hope of any help from 'customer services' or worldstores in general if I have any issues.
