I've experienced the same customer service as the previous reviewer. I ordered 3 items and 1 of my items (bugaboo cam adaptors) hasn't turned up. I too was sucked in by the 10% discount. I've been calling and emailing Kiddisave since Thursday with no answer. It's now Tuesday. I once nearly got through but the person hanged up on me (I think they were dialling out). I just want a refund now but I can't even get that. The item is showing in stock but I bet it's out of the stock like the previous reviewer has experienced. I wish I'd ordered directly with Bugaboo now! Very disappointed with their poor communication!
