I have previously used serenata flowers and found them to be lovely. I ordered 2 sets of flowers for mothers day and one set arrived and half the stems were broken and subsequently binned within a few days. A large set of tulips were ordered and began to die within 4 days and my mother was outraged by how much I had spent on them. I have sent various complaint emails to serenata flowers who have not responded apart from an automated response of we have received your email, despite noting on their website they would reply within one hour. I am hugely disappointed by their lack of response considering a complaint was sent over 10 days ago. I found the service to be poor and will not be using them again.
