Prestige Flowers would be almost comical if customers were not the victims, losing money and placing their trust in this company. It is hard to believe that this company are still surviving, but not for long I'm sure, unless they have a complete change of management and policy.
I keep this review site open on my Ipad to entertain me now and again. There is hardly a day that passes without a negative review. My own testimonial was deleted as I accidentally mentioned the name of a competitive company. Suffice to say, I had the same miserable experience as everyone else - wilting flowers, late delivery but most annoyingly, my order wasn't confirmed until after I cancelled it as I hadn't been provided with any form of tracking / order number or confirmation of transaction. Numerous attempts to contact them either by phone, live chat or emails were ignored. Also, there was no secure payment system in place when providing my credit card details. A very dodgy company, indeed!
