Excellent item, despatch and communication
Bought a roof rack lock for my bike rack. They had the obscure part (which a national company had taken an order for then refunded when they couldn't supply!).
Part arrived quickly - and communication was excellent A*.

Liars!
Were supposed to deliver my new phone from THREE on Monday - a day later they showed up.
A note was on the door to deliver to neighbour. Driver tore up note - wrote missed delivery slip - and chucked on front step - not even through letter box.
Extremely poor service - I will actively avoid any company that uses DPD for deliveries.
When I contacted customer services they told me that their drivers sometimes do this!!! Stunning admission!!! Well done to the Chelmsford Branch!!!!
WHY DO MOBILE PHONE PROVIDERS USE THIS USELESS BUNCH????
