I ordered a frigde/freezer over a month and a half ago and still haven't had delivery! Having waited and chased (and even spoken to the Manager twice) I still could not get any answers as to where my appliance was - or if it was even in stock at the supplier! Frustrated, I have asked for a refund. I see from another review that this may take a few more phone calls to recover. I urge you NOT to use this company - their customer service is appalling.
