received internal door which was damaged, called to arrange new delivery of door, took me 2 days to get through on the phone to be told to email picture of the damage.
once email sent, heard back in 2 days, then once I replied to confirm delivery date I did not hear back, I must of emailed about 5 times and still to this day I haven't received a response; plus I was told to dispose of damaged door, which cost me petrol money! They did not offer to collect the damaged door.
bad service and not pleased at all.
