Six weeks and still no goods. Phone them and you get a recorded announcement blaming the bad weather at sea causing their ships difficulties.
Original at least.
Other times you get through eventually and get fibs, lies, blatant lies or genuine whoppers.
I've had enough and I'm handing it all over to my credit card company.
