some good points but bad too

I like that you can spread the cost and some of the clearance stuff has good prices. Great when you need something but want to pay in installments. On the downside it really bugs me that there is no facility to pay by standing order. Pan set was recalled, ordered new one, one was leaking told could return or could keep the others but woud only receive 10% back. On a 5pc pan set seems logical should be at least 20%!! Had another sent out and emailed to ask to arrange collection of return or if they were willing to refund at least 20% i'd keep both sets. Not heard anything so don't know where I stand at the minute. Not phoning as it costs too much. Still, my biggest peeve is the no standing order facility. Please add one studio!! I'd do so much more shopping if you did!!
