I have never been so frustrated in my life trying to return a 3oz pair of bike shorts that are too small. Bikeinn does not provide a return label to ship back, especially since I ordered from the US.The shorts are way to small . I brought them to a fed-ex shipping store and waited an hour only to find out that they kept giving me the wrong paper work to fill out., to send these 3oz shorts back to Spain... I then went to a ups/usps store and they said they can send them for 65 dollars. So now even if I did, or could return these shorts they would almost cost me as much as I paid for them. That is horrible customer service. Bikeinn should have provided a return label for cases like this, to make it a rewarding experience instead of 110 dollar losing proposition for me. Now I'm stuck with a pair of shorts that when you look on the site it's sizing says 30-32 fits my size as I am 32 waist. These shorts in small don't even get over one leg. If I only knew that return was going to be a nightmare, I would have never ordered them. I'm Not a rich man and now I'm out 110 dollars. Thank you Bikeiin for not being honest and taking so long to get back to. I liked a lot of stuff on your site and thought I was going to have a great internet relationship; instead as a customer I lose again. This experience has left a bad bad taste in my mouth. If you live in the USA DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
