i spent £70 on anniversary flowers for my wife. Within 2 days they started to wilt and today, a week later, they have ended up in the bin.
I've bought flowers from Tesco that have lasted longer....and i have tried in vein to get a refund. Although the website guarantees a full refund, having researched this company i now found many reviews elsewhere stating that they are never forthcoming with refunds and suggest that their customers take them to small claims courts...thank you for an absolute disaster. Thankfully we are not materialistic and flowers come and flowers go, but love remains.
