No customer service following error

I have used BestPet a few times now with no problems Ordered online and received within a few days at a great price! With my last order I tried a different brand and to cut a long story short i was sent the correct dosage for my smaller dog (in original packaging) but incorrect dosage for my larger dog (not in original packaging). I immediately spotted the mistake and emailed BestPet but when i didnt receive a reply within a few days, called to be told I had made the mistake not them! What followed were a series of phonecalls, a photo to prove my claim and then returning the items. Mistakes happen but we found most of the phone operators to be extremely rude and were told by one that we were wrong as vets dont make mistakes! We did receive the correct items eventually but no phonecall (as promised) email or even a note. This experience has really put me off BestPet.

Currently, we can see that a replacement of the incorrect item was arranged shortly after receiving the necessary information to assist us with our investigation.
