Poor Delivery Service and Not so fresh flowers

The flowers were not delivered well after half the day of celebration had passed. Birthday flowers should be delivered by 11 am. at the latest so that the recipient can savour the gesture for most of the special day. Waiting in anticipation for the delivery is a kill-joy, and removes all the fun and pleasure.
Moreover, the flowers had started withering by the 4th day. They should remain fresh at least for a week, as many other suppliers guarantee.
Disappointing experience.

People you can do business with for prompt, efficient service

There were no instructions with the product and had to figure out the assembly from the pictures of the rail in your website. Even a picture included in the packing would have helped. Otherwise good prompt service
