I made rather a large error when I specified my cards from MOO and I didn't really know it was my fault until I emailed the Support Team. They would have been quite within their rights to wash their hands of it - but they didn't.
They helped, asked me to start again and gave me a code for the checkout which meant I did not have to pay again. Now that's customer care with bells on!
I now have beautiful Luxe business cards. But that's not the end of the story, I have to say a word about the packaging. The cards come in a beautiful little box which has magnetic closing and looks good sitting on my desk and the packaging that the card box comes in is a feat of engineering in itself. I can't bear to put it in the recycling box...
