I paid £50 for a delivery service which is pretty high for a small dressing table. The driver was extremely rude and left a massive pallet in my small front garden, remarking that it is not his problem. I had been assured by customer service that removal of the pallet is included in the cost of delivery. After numerous phone calls and emails to customer services who assured me this would be sorted, I eventually had to pay a third party to take away the pallet. It is a shame as I am happy with the product itself.
It took almost 3 weeks to get my cat food delivered. Given it is a prescription diet which means I can't get it in a normal shop it is just not good enough. The pet starves before you receive your order.
