I ordered a Canon 650D, on April 4th, a week later and the order status still says the same thing. It takes them 3 WEEKS to ship out an item. (mind you, they don't give you this information at the time purchase.) So I messaged them asking whether I can pay more so they can send it to be sooner. According to their little e-mail, someone would get back to me in 24hrs. 24hrs later, still didn't hear from anyone. Then I called them, spoke to a guy name Mike, who said that my order can be expedited. 24hrs later still no status update on my account. I get an e-mail saying they due to "large number of orders we have coming through" they won't be able to ship mine any sooner and can't even give my any information on it.
Well I said, if you are getting such a large number of orders then cancel mine, because you are obviously acting like you don't need it.
Another point, customer service is horrible, had to wait on the line for 17 minutes, that is to cancel the order, and the lady tells me that I have to put it in writing. HELLLOOOOO, I already did put it in writing, you idiots don't respond.
My advise: avoid this company, worst experience ever! Hope this company goes bankrupt since it has no clue on how to run a business.
