My mum had lazer eye surgery when I was very young. This made me realise that I had a way out. I knew that I could have a life without glasses or contact lenses. But once I reached the age where I was able to have the surgery, I backed out. I was scared of people touching my eyes and I was scared about the pain and the cost. Being young and not having a large income I thought that I would never be able to afford the surgery. But I went to a consultation anyway, at the consultation I was nervous but the staff were lovely to me, they didn't treat me like a client, they treated me like a friend, and they still remember me when I go in for a check up. I was told at the consultation that I was going to have a higher price for my surgery as my eyes were very bad. at this time, I became worried, it seemed that I was going to have to save up for years before i would be able to have the surgery. but then I was offered a finance at a reasonable rate that was suitable for my level of income. I went in to the chair less than a month later. the procedure was quick, easy and painless, the surgeon spoke to me and comforted me throughout the entire procedure and as soon as I got home I fell asleep for 3 hours and when I awoke my eyesight was clear as day. It is an amazing feeling, being able to wake up and immediately see clearly. All the time that i was worried about the procedure and the price only caused me to want to put it off, but now I am glad that I didn't, as having lazer eye surgery is the best decision I have ever made. Now i recommend lazer eye surgery to all of my friends, family and people I randomly meet. Optical Express has cleared my vision perfectly and opened my eyes to the world that lay ahead. My life has changed and I love it!
