I would have given five stars but I hadn't been told I would be charged a deposit for the hotel room. This was my first trip to a different country so maybe people are expected to know this but I did not.
Apart from that I had no problem with making the booking and paying for it online. When I rang the customer services for advice they were friendly and helpful so excellent customer service and the website itself also.
