Steaks to die for!!!!

On a whim I decided to try one these rare meat packs as it was on offer, it includes various steak cuts, steak mince, burgers, sausages and a whole corn fed chicken.

It came in a cool box the day they said it would and I was really impressed

So we've tried some of the steaks and they were amazing. Did a pepper sauce to go with it but we didn't have any as the meat was so tender and melt in your mouth

We did the roast chicken at the weekend and that was also very good...still eating it in sandwiches!!

I'll buy again, especially come BBQ season!!

Absolutely terrible customer service!!

We order some garden furniture from WS and had the option of next day delivery which I went for. The money was taken from my account straight away. Great I thought, should get the furniture for the weekend…that was 2 weeks ago!

I chased several times for an update on where the order was. I couldn't get through on the customer service number. It just rang out for about 30 mins. I finally got an email a few days later to say that 2 of the chairs were not available from the supplier and wouldn't be available for the season so we were asked to pick something else.

I asked about a couple alternative products availability...again trying to call them to expedite the order. I have now given up on that route and tried email which is even worse. Send an email and you might get a response in about 3 - 5 days.

I was told that they'd contact the suppliers on Monday this week, it's now Wednesday and I just received an email saying they've not managed to contact the suppliers yet and will do it in the morning...it's a joke!

Avoid this company at all costs, very proficient at taking your money, not great at providing anything in return
