I ordered a single bed and mattress to be delivered last Wednesday. I did not receive any confirmation of the order or delivery date.
My bank account showed the money had been taken, so I phoned 'After Sales' on the wednesday morning to ensure my items were coming, only to be told they had been split up and the bedframe was coming but not the mattress.
So I arranged with the customer adviser for the frame and mattress to be delivered together on Saturday. I waited in all day saturday but only the mattress was delivered, no frame!
I tried to phone 'After Sales' on Monday, after sending a long and wordy email to them, only to discover their phones had been turned off and a recorded message advised the only way to contact them is via email.
After sending another very unhappy email I evenually had a call on the Tuesday informing me the rest of my delivery would come today.
So I have waited in all day today and no delivery of my bedframe. I am very angry and upset and my daughter is also very upset as she is really looking forward to having her first 'big girl' bed.
I have never experienced such bad customer service in my life and certainly will NOT be recommending this company to anyone.
Fingers crossed I receive my daughter's bedframe soon.
I did receive a phone call back advising that there has been a miscommunication between customer services and the delivery people. I was told my bedframe would be delivered today and yet again has not turned up!
This is the third time and enough is enough. I would rather cancel the order than put my life on hold for an item that may or may not ever turn up.
