Jury is still out

I ordered 3 products from LambdaTek, two were delivered correctly, but one showed on website as delivered, when it wasn't. It took a lot of chasing (-they didn't answer the phone or initial emails) to confirm the product was (in fact) out of stock. They did refund the money though, once I got hold of them..

Solid company - no problems

Not the cheapest out there for PC components, but have never had a problem with them : stuff arrives on time and is correct. Total orders made with them so far: 3-4 in last 3 months. Never had to complain, so can't rate their customer service

I have been using Amazon for several years - averaging one or two orders per month and I find them faultless. Plus points: Clear communications on order progress; Customer support helpful and knowledgeable; products arrive within 2-3 days (-even marketplace) - excepting Xmas period. Again, not the cheapest retailer out there, but rock solid

No problems at all in UK

I have made around 5 or 6 orders with this company and had no complaints. Cannot comment on customer support as haven't yet experienced a problem. Not the cheapest, but look out for their special offers. Boon is that there is no P&P charge

Good supplier

No problems with any of my three or four orders so far. One point ot note is that they take a while to process the order (-e.g. up to a week), but delivery comes rapidly (-e.g. next day) after that

Ordered vanity unit that I never received. Never answer the phone or emails. Terrible service. Informed my Credit card company that this could be possible fraud.
