Not happy with customer service locally(Herts)

I went to fetch the car as booked. I went 5 hours later, I was told that my deal has been cancelled as I came late, I was so shocked as nothing said to my terms and conditions if I come late it will be cancelled. Told me they do not have same category car, one they were having was u which was very expensive.

After a long argument they finally told me that there is a car on service and is ready but it is higher category, so I have to upgrade, I agreed because I really wanted a car, so I upgraded only to find is the same category which I booked but I was made to pay more.

So unfair.

I do not think I will use Herts anymore.
