I am so mad, frustrated upset and angry. Today I received a message from an ebay customer that she has not received her parcel that I sent on 28th october, it's showing that it has not moved from the courier pick up.
This is the 2nd parcel that has not gone any further than the courier pick up and the strange thing is they were both shoes and both the same size. I have had to refund the 1st missing parcel and I still haven't received my compensation from myhermes.
You can't phone because it is an 0871 number and my 1st telephone call came to £8 so won't be doing that again. Can't get them on live chat coz live chat is closed!! So emailed them. And come here to let off steam.
I think the police should get involved as I think items have been stolen. Any advice re if i think my items have been stolen - would the police investigate??
Update - 15/11/13 - they have lost another parcel AGAIN - 3rd "lost parcel" in 10 days. 3rd parcel that i have to refund ebay customers and not sausage from myhermes And not only have they lost a parcel, they are now saying they didn't received my missing parcel claim form that I did complete and submit online. So I had to re submit and have to wait 28 days from the day form is re submitted!! A ING JOKE!!
UPDATE - 19TH NOVEMBER ANOTHER LOST PARCEL - 4 PARCELS LOST 2 WEEKS.
I now write on every ebay listing near the title so that everybody can see when browsing "rest assured I won't be using myhermes". And never buy from anyone who uses myhermes.

I have been ebaying for a few years and switched to CollectPlus when RM changed their prices in April 2013. I've now decided never to use CollectPlus again after having 2 parcels smash, another thrown over the gate and left in front garden (clothing) and 1 parcel had been tampered with - customer claimed that parcel (mail bag - clothing) had been slashed opened with something sharp.
I have been sending pyrex for years with RM and have never had a breakage. I bubble wrap really well, use strong boxes, pad them out and fill all voids.......can't imagine what Collectplus do with the parcels. I've given Collectplus too many chances and just can't take the risk any more - my ebay feedback is too important to me.
The couriers and staff at the hub really need to take more care and until they can get that sorted I will switch to MyHermes.
