Unable to deliver an item to the correct address. Initially had the wrong address on their system: no fault of the sender as they had the correct address on the order. After a week of contacting the sender who updated them with correct address and contact details several times as confirmed by their noreply@yodel emails they still failed to update their systems to reflect this. 7 days after initial attempted delivery parcel was delivered to wrong address. Customer service at yodel totally incompetent and unhelpful. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....
