I found the staff to be rude and unhelpful. After you pay for the treatment good service stops there. I had to sit in the waiting room for well over an hour for ALL my check ups. The longest time was an hour and a half! No apologies or reasons from the staff (who were to busy having a gossip than doing their jobs).
I can't fault the results - been really happy with it - but I would not advise others to use this service, just based on the treatment.
It's such a shame that in the present climate so many GOOD people are loosing their jobs....but yet....optical express seem to have staff that would have manners better suited for the Jeremy Kyle show.
