Lack of information on website

I ordered a sax mouthpiece via the website where there was no mention that it might be out of stock (unlike other websites). It was only later that Normans emailed me to say I'd have to wait until they ordered one in. Stock levels on the website would be useful.
Other than that, a good price and at least they kept me informed.

Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused. The website shows the mouthpiece as being available within 7-10 days as this our normal turnaround time for goods which are temporarily out of stock. On this occasion I can see that it was dispatched within this time frame and an email was sent advising you of this the morning after you had placed your order. I'm sorry if the website misled you in anyway and I hope this would not deter you from ordering through us again in the future.

Efficient, friendly service

They were very helpful when I phoned to order. The goods were dispatched very quickly and the delivery was very smooth with the company giving a 1 hour delivery slot which is useful. The beanbag was a little tricky to stuff but I would rather it this way rather than too few beans. So far the quality and colour seem good. Would use them again.
