I ordered a sax mouthpiece via the website where there was no mention that it might be out of stock (unlike other websites). It was only later that Normans emailed me to say I'd have to wait until they ordered one in. Stock levels on the website would be useful.
Other than that, a good price and at least they kept me informed.
They were very helpful when I phoned to order. The goods were dispatched very quickly and the delivery was very smooth with the company giving a 1 hour delivery slot which is useful. The beanbag was a little tricky to stuff but I would rather it this way rather than too few beans. So far the quality and colour seem good. Would use them again.
