I liked that the sign up procedure is not flimsy; there are a lot of hoops to go through however you do need this; it is after all a good measure of the diligence in operation at HiFX.
I was in regular touch with customer service during the enrolment, and I dealt with just one representative who was both helpful and efficient, he was right on top of everything at every stage. I never had to chase anything, all the service came to me, which is such a rare thing these days. I felt valued: how often can you say that after a customer service experience?
Once all the enrolment was done making the transfer could not have been easier. There is a very straight forward user interface on the webs site, lots of information to help guide you, and good confirmation notices afterwards. You do not need to deposit funds until after you have confirmed your transfer, and you have adequate notice for when this needs to be done by. It really could not be better or easier. Even the recipient of funds was kept well informed.
It's a very impressive system.
I only wish I'd discovered HiFX earlier.
