I received two Bieber tickets for Antwerp for my birthday in January. I went to the concert two days ago to find that the tickets were fake and we were not allowed in. Some idiot has obviously just sold his e ticket then used it for himself! I told Viagogo my problem yesterday morning. I got a reply within an hour saying please could I send some proof. I scanned in the faulty E tickets and waited. By 8pm that evening my friend who bought me the tickets texted me to say that she had been refunded! Very fast service! Doesn't let touts get away with selling faulty tickets! Sticks to its guarantee! Would use again but would stick to old fashioned tickets! Thanks Viagogo!!
