Ordered a chest freezer online. Described as having one small dent to front. When it arrived it had several other dents, including a couple to the interior. Phoned up and received a very abrupt response. No apology for item not being as advertised, but ...what do you expect - the machine clearly isn't new! Was told the dents to the inside were normal. When I checked this with the manufacturer they said that wasn't so. Promised phone calls from Marks didn't happen. When we phoned the shop to try and speak to the person we had been dealing with, he was never available. It was only when passed to a lady called Amy that we finally received helpful and courteous customer service.
